CHICAGO, February 4, 2008 The Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery (AAOS) and the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) has selected Allston J. Stubbs, M.D. as one of four Young Investigators to attend and participate in the 2008 AAOS/ORS Advanced Imaging and Computer Assisted Surgery of the Hip and Knee Symposium.  The Symposium will showcase the most modern techniques and research on musculoskeletal imaging and surgical navigation.  Dr. Stubbs commented, “This appointment will be a great opportunity to collaborate with world leaders in the field.  I am deeply honored to have been selected.”

The North Carolina Sports Medicine Institute is an orthopaedic sports medicine clinic based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  Its philosophy is to provide premium orthopaedic treatment “For the Athlete in All of Us”.  Allston J.
